We would like to congratulate you and ensure you have all the important information regarding your first weeks at work.
Your journey in TTEC starts with an induction training. It lasts 3.5 weeks (17 working days) from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (including a 30-minute lunch break and two short coffee breaks).
It is mandatory to go through the whole training and pass exams in order to start working on the phone. This means you are not allowed to take any days off during the training period. However, after you pass training, you’re welcome to start using your flexible hours and taking days off.
The first week will be fully covered by the Training Team and will include pure theory, you’ve got our word we will make it as interesting and interactive as possible. You’ll create a fake account so that you can practice before working with real accounts.
Starting from week two, apart from classroom sessions you will have a chance to listen to your colleagues’ conversations with real clients during so-called “shadowing” and practice your knowledge on mock calls.
At the end of a training, you will need to pass a theoretical exam and a graduation call with your Manager (who will pretend to be a real client).
But no worries, we will make sure the whole process is as smooth and easy as possible so that passing exams will be a piece of cake for you.

We’ll meet in TTEC ground floor space on Induction day. For the next few days of the training – we
will move to the designated training room.
We’ll meet on Google Meet every day – your trainer will share the link to join the training a few days before via email.
