Frequently Asked Questions

When TTEC is hiring, we may choose to offer an Employee Referral Bonus incentive that you could earn on top of your regular wage for referring family and friends to TTEC.

Only referrals that are hired and stay with TTEC for 60 days (about 2 months) make you eligible for the bonus. Once that timeframe is reached, then your payout will appear in the next calendar month on a separate deposit than your regular paycheck. Both the referring employee and the referral hire must still be employed by TTEC at the time of the payout.

  • Payable for referrals in associate roles only (unless otherwise specified)
  • Applicable for referrals of former TTEC employees only if that individual left TTEC more than 6 months prior to the rehire application date
  • Applicable only to those referrals who are not currently employed at TTEC
  • And… Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, Managers and above, are ineligible for employee bonus incentives

What’s most important is that TTEC needs to know that you referred that person! And how do we know that?

The TTECjobs.com application. The TTECjobs.com application is our one and only system of record for referrals. Maybe you referred someone and someone else did too. It’s all about what your referral tells us. For you to be eligible for any Employee Referral Bonus incentive, it must be YOUR name that is entered on the application.

No matter what else, your name needs to appear on the application at the time your referral applies for you to be eligible for an appropriate payout. Therefore, we can’t stress enough, we WANT to thank you, so help us by ensuring that you educate your referral.
